Callum came out and carried out a survey, which was very informative, and sent me the full report which included the problems as well as the solutions, along with a quote for the work. Callum and Roy arrived at the time agreed and explained again what they would be doing. Fantastic tradesmen- very professional, super tidy. Would I recommend Procure? Yes, I absolutely would! Thankyou so much!”

I gave Procure a ring and spoke to Cassie who was very helpful and booked me in the same week for a survey. The surveyor was very informative and had sent me the full report which included all the problems as well as the solutions for these problems along with a quote for them to do the work. A week later Procure came back to my flat to carry out all the work. I would highly recommend Procure and can’t thank them enough for resolving the issue we had struggled years with in such a short time frame.

Checkatrade2025-07-14“An estimated 2 day job was completed in just one. Bonus! The technician was quick, efficient and cleaned up after each installation. There was a little delay in the appointed electrician's arrival (to complete the extractor fan installation in the bathroom) but the technician chased him up and he arrived around 6pm and did a super tidy job.
Luckily there is no damp this time of year, but I now look forward to the wetter months where the work can truely be tested!”

After a bad start with the wrong person assessing my problem, Procure sent the right person and from then onwards the job ran smoothly. People arrived on time and did what they were meant to do. All my queries were solved quickly and professionally.
After completing my job as specified, Procure tidied up and safely disposed of the debris and rubbish. They sent my 20 year guarantee when I paid the final amount.

Google2024-06-10“I honestly can't say enough good things about this company's professionalism, customer care, workmanship and after care which has been impeccable start to finish especially it has to be said by their staff member Callum who carried out the initial survey then also project managed the whole works on site and carried out the bulk of it to a high standard including organising the additional guttering work and team we needed to have do some work separately. Communication was incredible throughout and he really went above and beyond including to work longer hours to accommodate extra work that wasn't originally understood to be necessary and to do so managing to knock a whole day off the schedule and still complete everything. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their services, I can't speak about cost as it was the landlord who footed the bill for the work but from what I can see it was worth every penny! 5 stars from us 👍

We were buying a new house with multiple damp issues. Callum surveyed and advised the best course of action, even recommending cheaper options of repair, where more costly alternatives could easily have been offered. The two days he was on site along with his brother, were very easy. Both were very friendly, polite and most importantly diligent in their work. You could see they took pride in the quality of what they did, going above and beyond what was quoted for, leaving the place as clean as possible behind them. We would have no hesitation recommending Callum and the Procure Team.”
