Treatment is applied by trained technicians using appropriate PPE and ventilation protocols. Fungicidal wash is always carried out as part of a coordinated mould remediation programme, in conjunction with identification and resolution of the underlying cause, whether condensation, penetrating damp or rising moisture. Treating the surface without addressing the cause will result in recurrence.
